A Quantum Symbiote Service · QTB-SVC-001

Your process,
captured as a reusable agent.
Not a chat prompt.

A purpose-built Claude skill — installable, versioned, reusable — that runs your specific process the same way every time, with no context-rebuild between runs. You own it. Forever. No subscription.

The problem

Your best prompt is trapped in one person's chat history.

The process works when the right operator runs it. They've built up the context, they know the gotchas, they know the order of operations. The output is great.

Then they're out for a week, or they leave, or you want to scale. The prompt template gets shared, but the institutional knowledge doesn't. Every new run starts from a blank chat, and outputs drift.

A skill is the fix. Not a prompt — a versioned artifact with named triggers, structured inputs, and a test corpus that proves it ships repeatable results. Installable across Claude Code, Desktop, and the API.

Once it's built, anyone on your team can fire it without re-learning the workflow. The process stops walking out the door when the operator does.

The 5-stage build

From chat history to installable skill.

One human-gated intake. Three production stages. One human-gated handoff. Average build cycle is 5 days, with drafts in 48 hours.

Stage 01

Discovery

30-minute scoping call. We map your existing process into atomic primitives — what triggers it, what inputs it consumes, what artifacts it produces, where the human checkpoints live.

Stage 02

Skill authoring

SKILL.md written to Anthropic's current schema with named triggers, dependencies, and acceptance criteria your team can audit on day one.

Stage 03

Test corpus

3–10 representative inputs, run through the skill, outputs verified against your acceptance criteria. Proof of repeatable results before you see it.

Stage 04

Install & integrate

Install instructions targeting your environment — Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Claude.ai web, or API. MCP hooks, custom tools, internal endpoints all wireable.

Stage 05

Handoff & support

You run it against fresh inputs in your environment. One revision pass included. 30-day support window for tuning, edge cases, and team onboarding.

What you keep

All of it. No retainer.

The SKILL.md is yours. The test corpus is yours. The install instructions are yours. The supporting scripts are yours. After the 30-day window closes, nothing in your installation depends on a continuing relationship to keep working.

The next time you want to extend or remix the skill, you start from a versioned artifact — not a chat history.

"A prompt evaporates when the chat closes. A skill ships."

The setup

A solo consultant running 20–40 opportunity inquiries per week, spending 4+ hours manually evaluating each against a qualification framework that lived only in their head. Inconsistent scoring. Compounding mental overhead as volume grew.

The skill evaluates each inbound against the framework, produces a 0–100 scored output across weighted dimensions, and generates a draft response — engagement proposal or decline letter — depending on the score.

Every scoring output is traceable and auditable. Court-defensible record of why each opportunity was accepted or declined. Zero subscription dependencies — the skill is theirs permanently.

Frequently asked

What teams ask before they brief a build.

What's the difference between a skill and a prompt template?
A prompt template is text you paste into a chat. A skill is a versioned artifact with named triggers, dependencies, install instructions, and an acceptance criteria spec. Skills capture institutional knowledge. Prompts evaporate when the chat closes. If your team's best prompt currently lives in someone's clipboard, you have a prompt — not a skill.
Will this work across Claude Code, Desktop, and the web app?
Yes — skills are portable across all three surfaces and the API. Install instructions are tailored per platform. If you want install support on multiple platforms, the multi-platform install add-on covers it.
What if my process is too complex for one skill?
It becomes a Premium-tier bundle — 2–3 linked skills that hand work off cleanly between each other. We scope the bundle during the discovery call so you see the architecture before anything ships.
Can the skill call into our internal tools?
Yes, via MCP. Either we wire your existing internal MCP server into the skill, or we build a small custom MCP server as an add-on (or as part of Premium). The skill becomes a one-shot invocation that pulls from your private data and ships the output.
Who owns the skill after delivery?
You do. The SKILL.md, the supporting scripts, the test corpus, the install instructions — all yours, in editable formats, on delivery. No subscription, no retainer, no vendor lock-in.
